Data Deletion Guide for RentCircle

If you wish to delete your RentCircle account and have your data removed from our platform, please follow the steps below:

Log In: Visit the RentCircle website and log in to your account using your credentials.
Go to Profile: Once logged in, click on the profile icon of RentCircle navigation to access your profile.
Account Settings: From your profile, select "Account Settings". This will take you to the Account Settings page.
Delete Account: On the Account Settings page, scroll down to find the option to "Delete Account." Click on this option.
Confirmation: You will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account. Please read the information carefully to understand the consequences of deleting your account.
Reason for Deletion: You may be asked to provide a reason for deleting your account. This step helps us improve our services, but it is optional.
Password Confirmation: To ensure the security of your account, you will be asked to enter your account password to confirm your identity.
Final Confirmation: After entering your password, you will receive a final confirmation message informing you that your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
Delete Account: If you are sure you want to proceed, click the "Delete Account" or similar button. Your account will be deleted, and your data will be removed from RentCircle.

Note: Please be aware that once you delete your RentCircle account, you will lose access to all the data associated with it, including property listings, communication history, and other account-related information. This action is irreversible, and we cannot recover deleted data.
